Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Prime Spectrum of the Ring of Adeles of a Number Field
Much is known about the adele ring of an algebraic number field from the perspective of harmonic analysis and class field theory. However, its ring-theoretical aspects are often ignored.

Prime Number: an Experiment Rabin-Miller and Fast Exponentiation
Prime number is one of the most widely used names for various security purposes, especially in the process of encryption and decryption for asymmetric algorithms, the speed in determining prime number becomes one of the most important things, Rabin ...

Quantum computation of prime number functions [PDF]
We propose a quantum circuit that creates a pure state corresponding to the quantum superposition of all prime numbers less than 2^n, where n is the number of qubits of the register. This Prime state can be built using Grover's algorithm, whose oracle is

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

LIMITING DISTRIBUTIONS OF THE CLASSICAL ERROR TERMS OF PRIME NUMBER THEORY [PDF]
Let : (0,∞) → R and let y0 be a non-negative constant. Let ( n)n∈N be a non- decreasing sequence of positive numbers which tends to infin ity, let (rn)n∈N be a complex sequence, andc a real number.

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...
