Stone Commutator Lattices and Baer Rings

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications, 2022
In this paper, we transfer Davey‘s characterization for κ -Stone bounded distributive lattices to lattices with certain kinds of quotients, in particular to commutator lattices with certain properties, and obtain related results on prime, radical ...

Hochschild dimension and the prime radical of algebras [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1981
ABmmAcT. Let R be a regular local ring and A an algebra over R which is finitely generated and free as an R-module. Defining the Hochschild dimension of A as R-dirnA left hdA,(A), we show the following: if A modulo its prime radical L(A) is R-free and R-dim A/L(A) -0, then R-dim A left hdA(A/L(A)). Using localization and sheaf theoretic techniques, the

Linking neurogenesis, oligodendrogenesis, and myelination defects to neurodevelopmental disruption in primary mitochondrial disorders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Prime radicals of constants of algebraic derivations

open access: yesMonatshefte für Mathematik, 2009
Let \(R\) be a prime algebra over a field \(F\), \(Q\) the symmetric quotient ring of \(R\), and \(C\) the extended centroid of \(R\). Any derivation of \(R\) extends to \(Q\), and any derivation \(\delta\) of \(Q\) is called a continuous derivation of \(R\) if \(\delta(I)\subseteq R\) for a nonzero ideal \(I\) of \(R\); \(\delta\) is an \(F ...

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

PRIME RADICAL IN TERNARY HEMIRINGS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Pure and Apllied Mathematics, 2014
A hemiring is already defined by Golan. We generalize this concept by changing multiplication operation from binary to ternary one. This article studies in detail all basic notions like prime and semiprime ideal, primary ideal, prime radical of an ideal in a ternary hemiring and prime radical of ternary hemiring.

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

SEMI-RADICALS OF SUB MODULES IN MODULES

open access: yesInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Production Research, 2008
Let  be a commutative ring and  be a unitary  module. We define a semi prime sub module of a module and consider various properties of it. Also we define semi-radical of a sub module of a module and give a number of its properties.
