ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

NEW BOUNDS AND COMPUTATIONS ON PRIME-INDEXED PRIMES

open access: yes, 2014
In a 2009 article, Barnett and Broughan considered the set of prime-index primes. If the prime numbers are listed in increasing order (2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, . . .), then the prime-index primes are those which occur in a prime-numbered position in the list (3, 5, 11, 17, . . .).

Seed Priming Approaches That Achieve Environmental Stress Tolerance

open access: yes
Seed germination and seedling vigor can be enhanced by different chemical or physical treatments and this process is called “seed priming”. Thus, seed priming can be defined as treatments for enhancing seed germination and vigor.

Effects of delay on color priming for natural objects

open access: yes, 2007
Using a standard study-test procedure, color priming was examined through effects of color transformation, from correctly colored to incorrectly colored and vice versa, for natural objects with pre-existing color-shape associations, e.g., yellow banana ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...
