Hurwitz components of groups with socle PSL(3, q)
For a finite group G, the Hurwitz space Hinr,g(G) is the space of genus g covers of the Riemann sphere P1 with r branch points and the monodromy group G. In this paper, we give a complete list of some almost simple groups of Lie rank two.

Tendon Organoids Enable Functional Tendon Rejuvenation Through ALKBH5‐Dependent RNA Demethylation
FT organoids reverse the aged phenotype of tendon cells, reinstating a fetal‐like state. This breakthrough establishes a potent cell source for tendon tissue engineering, effectively advancing regenerative medicine. ABSTRACT Adult tendon injuries pose a major clinical challenge due to limited self‐repair capacity, resulting in suboptimal regeneration ...

In this article, Shuai and colleagues found that depletion of Sorcs3 could activate totipotency in mESCs, promising bidirectional differentiation potential to embryonic and extraembryonic lineages. The underlying mechanism might be activation of Tfap2c and repression of TGF‐β, PI3K‐AKT, and lysosome pathways.

Robotic Materials With Bioinspired Microstructures for High Sensitivity and Fast Actuation
In the review paper, design rationale and approaches for bioinspired sensors and actuators in robotics applications are presented. These bioinspired microstructure strategies implemented in both can improve the performance in several ways. Also, recent ideas and innovations that embed robotic materials with logic and computation with it are part of the

In this paper, we prove that certain group rings are primitive by exhibiting a construction of faithful, simple modules for them. Let us recall two of the early results on primitivity of group rings. Let G be an infinite group, and let Z 2 G be the wreath product of the infinite cyclic groupZ with G.

Primitive groups and synchronization
Let $Ω$ be a set of cardinality $n$, $G$ a permutation group on $Ω$, and $f:Ω\toΩ$ a map which is not a permutation. We say that $G$ \emph{synchronizes} $f$ if the transformation semigroup $\langle G,f\rangle$ contains a constant map, and that $G$ is a \emph{synchronizing group} if $G$ synchronizes \emph{every} non-permutation. A synchronizing group is

Wedelolactone (WED), a natural TLR2 agonist, promotes neutrophil differentiation and enhances bactericidal function, offering a potential therapeutic strategy for neutropenia. Using a multi‐omics approach, this study reveals that WED activates the TLR2/MEK/ERK pathway, upregulating key transcription factors (PU.1, CEBPβ) to drive neutrophil development.
