$\mathcal{S}$-adic characterization of minimal dendric shifts [PDF]
Dendric shifts are defined by combinatorial restrictions of the extensions of the words in their languages. This family generalizes well-known families of shifts such as Sturmian shifts, Arnoux-Rauzy shifts and codings of interval exchange ...

Corrigendum to “Generalized periodicity and primitivity for words” [PDF]
AbstractWe correct a mistake in the paper “Generalized periodicity and primitivity for words” [4] and justify the existence of regular languages all of whose roots are not even context‐sensitive. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware
