In‐Situ Growth of 2D MOFs as a Molecular Sieving Layer on SnS2 Nanoflakes for Realizing Ultraselective H2S Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 35, Issue 12, March 18, 2025.
The ultraselective H2S detection of the ZIF‐L/SnS2 heterostructure is demonstrated. The introduction of 2‐dimensional (2D) breathable ZIF‐L results in a substantial increase in H2S selectivity attributable to the molecular sieving effect, which impedes the permeation of gases with large kinetic diameters and high polarity.

Off‐Stoichiometry Engineering of the Electrical and Optical Properties of SrNbO3 Using Oxide Molecular Beam Epitaxy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The plasma edge of transparent conducting oxide SrNbO3 shifts from ∼2 eV in the visible range to 1.37 eV in the near‐infrared region by off‐stoichiometry using the vacancy sites as quasi‐substitutional virtual elements. This work advances the stoichiometry engineering of perovskite oxides using oxide molecular beam epitaxy, allowing synthesis beyond ...

Principle of Proportionality in Foreign Legal Doctrine and Practice and its Interpretation in Russia in the Context of Providing Protection of Subjects’ Rights and Legal Interests

open access: yesRussian Man and Power in the Context of Dramatic Changes in Today’s World: Collection of academic papers from the 21st Russian scientific-practical conference (with international participation) (Yekaterinburg, April 12–13, 2019), 2019
The subject of this research springs from the fact that the principle of proportionality is extremely under-researched in the Russian jurisprudence. The main goal is identifying the essence of the proportionality principle and its properties compared ...

Injunctions in the UPC And the Principle of Proportionality

open access: yesSSRN Electronic Journal, 2022
The way towards a European patent judiciary is best characterised by the title of a Beatles song: it has been “a long and winding road”. But after many proposals, initiatives and setbacks the Unified Patent Court now finally seems to become reality. The tricky issue of whether the UK could still participate even after Brexit1 has been solved – in a ...
