Printability in extrusion bioprinting

Biofabrication, 2021
Abstract Extrusion bioprinting has been widely used to extrude continuous filaments of bioink (or the mixture of biomaterial and living cells), layer-by-layer, to build three-dimensional constructs for biomedical applications. In extrusion bioprinting, printability is an important parameter used to measure the difference between the ...

Experimental Approach for Printability Assessment: Toward a Practical Decision-Making Framework of Printability for Cementitious Materials

open access: yesBuildings, 2019
The objective of this paper is to propose a pre-experimental framework of printability pre-assessment of cementitious materials. This study firstly presents a general review of additive manufacturing in construction and then examines the main ...

L-printable sets

Proceedings of Computational Complexity (Formerly Structure in Complexity Theory), 1998
Summary: A language is \(L\)-printable if there is a logspace algorithm which, on input \(1^{n}\), prints all members in the language of length \(n\). Following the work of \textit{E. W. Allender} and \textit{R. S. Rubinstein} [SIAM J. Comput. 17, No. 6, 1193-1202 (1988; Zbl 0682.68039)] on \(P\)-printable sets, we present some simple properties of the

P-Printable Sets

SIAM Journal on Computing, 1988
Recall that generalized Kolmogorov complexity is a measure of how far a string can be compressed and how fast it can be restored. Sets containing only strings that can be ``greatly'' compressed and ``quickly'' restored are said to have ``small'' generalized Kolmogorov complexity.

Developing printable content: A repository for printable teaching models

2008
Alongside the development of RP technology, there is an increasing need to develop and share printable content. Like digital photography and digital music, content drives technology as much as technology drives content. This paper describes the development and population of an open wiki-style website (3Dprintables.org) that houses an archive of ...

Printable electronics: flexibility for the future

physica status solidi (a), 2009
AbstractPrinted electronics is an emerging technology with huge potential. Market studies predict a multi‐billion dollar market size within less than 5 years. Due to its compatibility with flexible substrates and low‐cost fabrication, printed electronics is able to bring electronic functionality to markets unfit for rigid and expensive silicon ...

Inkjet Printable Polyaniline Nanoformulations

Langmuir, 2007
Aqueous polyaniline (PANI) nanodispersions doped with dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) were synthesized and successfully inkjet-printed using a piezoelectric desktop printer. This paper examines the optimization and characterization of the nanoparticulate formulation for optimal film electrochemistry and stability.
