Anesthesia in a giant armadillo (Priodontes maximus) for femoral fracture fixation
An adult female armadillo (Priodontes maximus) weighing 32.4 kg was admitted to the Veterinary Hospital of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (HOVET-UFMT) - Campus Cuiaba. Results of clinical and complementary examinations revealed a complete oblique fracture of the middle third of the femur.
