Lessons From Drug Discovery for Cryoprotective Agent Design: An AI‐Oriented Perspective
Cryoprotectant design is reframed through the lens of drug discovery as a multiparameter optimization problem. This perspective highlights how AI and systematic design strategies could enable safer, more effective cryoprotectants, while identifying key limitations that currently constrain predictive progress in cryobiology. ABSTRACT Cryopreservation is

This paper illustrates a knowledge‐augmented dual‐track AI framework for advanced superalloy design. First, Large Language Models translate metallurgical heuristics into explicit rules to rapidly prune a vast compositional search space. Subsequently, LLM‐distilled priors safely guide a reinforcement learning agent during autonomous process optimization,

Performance of Heuristic Priority Rule for Multiskilled Resource-Constrained Scheduling
Nowadays, without a classification system that helps the project manager to decide which heuristic applies when mitigating the multiskilled resource-constrainedscheduling, they must try several of rules until they find one that compares favorably (shortest duration) with the results of the other heuristic priority rules. This

Early life adversity triggers persistent social subordination and brain‐wide molecular dysregulation. Pharmacological inhibition of the stress‐mediator FKBP51 during the adversity period prevents these long‐term deficits and restores normative social hierarchy.

A hybrid chemical reaction optimization scheme for task scheduling on heterogeneous computing systems [PDF]
An application consisting of a group of tasks can be represented by a node- and edge-weighted directed acyclic graph (DAG), in which the vertices represent the computations and the directed edges represent the data dependencies as well as the ...

A simple and effective heuristic for the resource constrained project scheduling problem
This paper investigates the development and application of a simple heuristic to the resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP). This computer heuristic, which is based on the COMSOAL heuristic, constructs a feasible solution at each ...

A fully coupled FEM–HH model shows that ideally capacitive microelectrodes can achieve lower charge‐density thresholds than Faradaic contacts under current‐controlled stimulation. The advantage stems from the dynamics of surface current density on capacitive interfaces, which redirects current beneath adherent neurons.
