TRMT6‐Mediated m1A Modification of CDK9 mRNA Is a Dual‐Pronged Pathogenic Driver for HBV‐Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TRMT6‐mediated m1A modification in CDK9 mRNA enhances its mRNA stability and translation efficiency, thereby increasing the protein levels of CDK9. Adipocyte‐Derived Leptolin Enhances Energy Expenditure and Prevents Obesity

We identified a novel adipokine, which we named leptolin. In humans, leptolin levels in white adipose tissue were positively correlated with exercise and negatively associated with body mass index. We observed elevated leptolin in serum from athletes and lower leptolin in serum from obese individuals.
