Probabilistically Constellation Shaped Kramers-Kronig Detection Enabling Reduced CSPR Condition
Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics, 2022We propose to relax the requirement of carrier-to-signal power ratio in Kramers-Kronig receiver by probabilistically shaping the constellation to avoid destroying minimum phase condition. About 1.5-dB reduction in optimal carrier-to-signal power ratio are observed.
