All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Expected integration approximation under general equal measure partition

open access: yesResults in Applied Mathematics
In this paper, we first use an L2−discrepancy bound to give the expected uniform integration approximation for functions in the Sobolev space H1(K) equipped with a reproducing kernel.

Crisscross Optimization Algorithm and Monte Carlo Simulation for Solving Optimal Distributed Generation Allocation Problem

open access: yesEnergies, 2015
Distributed generation (DG) systems are integral parts in future distribution networks. In this paper, a novel approach integrating crisscross optimization algorithm and Monte Carlo simulation (CSO-MCS) is implemented to solve the optimal DG allocation ...

Swelling‐Programmed Topographical Guidance for Dynamic Spheroid Self‐Assembly via a Mechanochemical Hydrogel Niche

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A swelling‐programmed micropatterned hydrogel guides adherent cells through a controlled transition from cell–matrix anchoring to cadherin‐mediated cell–cell compaction, enabling rapid assembly of high‐viability spheroids with defined size and morphology.

Lattice-Valued Spaces: Fuzzy Convergence

open access: yes, 2006
An alternative set of axioms is given for the study of lattice-valued convergence spaces. These axioms extend the notion of a probabilistic convergence space in the special case when the lattice is L = [0, 1].

$\bar \lambda $-statistically convergent double sequences in probabilistic normed spaces

open access: yesMathematica Slovaca, 2011
Abstract The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study the concepts of double $\bar \lambda $-statistically convergent and double $\bar \lambda $-statistically Cauchy sequences in probabilistic normed space.

Machine Learning‐Assisted Inverse Design of Soft and Multifunctional Hybrid Liquid Metal Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A machine learning framework is presented for inverse design of synthesizable multifunctional composites containing both liquid metal and solid inclusions. By integrating physics‐based modeling, data‐driven prediction, and Bayesian optimization, the approach enables intelligent design of experiments to identify optimal compositions and realize these ...

Lattice-valued convergence: Diagonal axioms

open access: yes, 2008
Diagonal axioms are defined in the category whose objects consist of all the lattice-valued convergence spaces. When the latter is linearly ordered, a diagonal condition is given which characterizes those objects in the category that are determined by a ...

Quantitative Behavior and Probabilistic Convergence of Iterative Methods for Solving Multiple Roots: A Numerical Exploration

open access: yesMathematics
To address the convergence rate degradation of standard Newton iteration methods for nonlinear equations with multiple roots, this study systematically investigates the dynamic behavior and convergence properties of iterative methods for solving multiple
