Set-Word Embeddings and Semantic Indices: A New Contextual Model for Empirical Language Analysis
We present a new word embedding technique in a (non-linear) metric space based on the shared membership of terms in a corpus of textual documents, where the metric is naturally defined by the Boolean algebra of all subsets of the corpus and a measure μ ...

Influence of Test Temperature and Test Frequency on Fatigue Life of Aluminum Alloy EN AW‐2618A
The influence of test temperature and test frequency on the fatigue life of EN AW‐2618A is investigated. High‐cycle fatigue tests are performed at different test temperatures and frequencies on the 1000 h/230°C overaged state. Both test parameters reduce fatigue life due to time‐dependent damage mechanisms.

Weak and Semi Compatible Maps in Probabilistic Metric Space Using Implicit Relation [PDF]
2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 54H25, 47H10.The concept of semi compatibility is given in probabilistic metric space and it has been applied to prove the existence of unique common fixed point of four self-maps with weak compatibility ...

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

Schweizer, Sklar and Thorp proved in 1960 that a Menger space $(G,D,T)$ under a continuous $t$-norm $T$, induce a natural topology $\tau$ wich is metrizable.

Contraction maps on probabilistic metric spaces
The well-known Banach contraction principle states that every contraction mapping on a complete metric space has a unique fixed point. However, an exact analogue of this result is not true in general in probabilistic metric space (PM-space). In this paper, by imposing a growth condition on the distance distribution function, it is proved that for a ...

A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.
