A Universal van der Waals Tunneling Injector for Monolayer CMOS
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A universal van der Waals injector unlocks polarity‐flexible tunneling contacts for monolayer CMOS. SnSe2, an intrinsically degenerate 2D semiconductor, establishes polarity‐specific band alignments with both WSe2 and MoS2 channels, enabling steep switching, high on/off ratios, and a unified route to low‐power 2D logic.

Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Cancer‐associated NPC remodeling creates a high‐flux, low‐stringency nuclear state that supports malignant adaptation but increases mechanical fragility. Targeting the FG‐barrier or NPC scaffold may drive mechanostat failure, envelope rupture, DNA damage, and loss of nuclear integrity.

2D Abrupt Nano‐Junctions Blending sp–sp2 Bonds on Atomically Precise Heterostructures
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A lateral heterostructure between atomically precise sp–sp2$^2$ metalated graphdiyne and sp2$^2$ graphene nanoribbons is realized by on‐surface synthesis and investigated by STM and DFT. The impact of on‐surface synthesis byproducts on covalent junction formation yield is unveiled.

Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Hf–Zr–O‐based morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) thin films often suffer from limited endurance and poor uniformity due to intrinsic phase instability. This work proposes a nanolaminate architecture that spatially separates competing phases, stabilizes phase formation, and suppresses wake‐up‐induced degradation.

Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.A strain‐activated mechanical metamaterial is developed to achieve programmable dual‐phase stiffness through an intrinsic geometric locking mechanism. Finite element modeling and parametric analysis identify the key design parameters governing activation strain, stiffness transition, and energy absorption.
