The use of memory in text processing
The performance of a natural language processing system should improve as it reads more and more texts. This is true both for systems intended as cognitive models and for practical text processing systems. Permanent long-term memory should be useful during all stages of text understanding.

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.

Preserved and impaired emotional memory in Alzheimer's disease
Patients with early atrophy of both limbic structures involved in memory and emotion processing in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) provide a unique clinical population for investigating how emotion is able to modulate retention processes. This review focuses on

Fluid Biomarkers of Disease Burden and Cognitive Dysfunction in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy
ABSTRACT Objective Identifying objective biomarkers for progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is crucial to improving diagnosis and establishing clinical trial and treatment endpoints. This study evaluated fluid biomarkers in PSP versus controls and their associations with regional 18F‐PI‐2620 tau‐PET, clinical, and cognitive outcomes.

Wavelet Method for Locally Stationary Seasonal Long Memory Processes [PDF]
Long memory processes have been extensively studied over the past decades. When dealing with the financial and economic data, seasonality and time-varying long-range dependence can often be observed and thus some kind of non-stationarity can exist inside
