Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.This study investigates the M13 bacteriophage as a biomimetic nanovector capable of crossing in vitro models of the blood–brain barrier. By exploiting peculiar transcellular pathways, M13 avoids lysosomal degradation and preserves its structural integrity and functionality.

Mechanically Programmable DNA Hydrogel Microparticles for 3D Cellular Systems
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.DNA hydrogel microparticles are designed to exhibit controllable viscoelasticity and stiffness across three orders of magnitude from 30Pa$30 \,\mathrm{Pa}$ to 6.5kPa$6.5 \,\mathrm{kPa}$. They are uptaken into fibroblast spheroids where they are actively remodeled by cellular forces depending on their mechanical properties.

Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.

Dexime: A Selectively Enzyme‐Degradable Hydrogel for Protein Therapeutic Release
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A dextrin‐oxime hydrogel (dexime) is produced using ketone or aldehyde modified dextrin and tetra‐oxyamine modified poly(ethylene glycol). The rheological and mechanical properties of dexime are tunable. Dexime is injectable, cytocompatible, hydrolytically stable, and selectively degradable by α‐amylase.
