On the Interaction of the Photovoltaic Response With Ferroelectric and Magnetic Domains: Magnetoelectric Control of the Photovoltaic Response in BiFeO3 Thin Films

This study demonstrates tunable photovoltaic responses in pure, polycrystalline BiFeO3 thin films, controlled by external electric and magnetic fields. By aligning ferroelectric domains and leveraging magnetoelectric coupling, the photogeneration is amplified up to seven times.

Register‐Efficient Linear‐Time Evaluation in the Bernstein Basis

Abstract We investigate the evaluation of points and derivatives of Bézier curves and surfaces on modern architectures, focusing on performance and guided by numerical error bounds. While the de Casteljau algorithm remains the reference for numerical robustness, its linear working‐set size imposes substantial register pressure on GPUs.

The Legacy of Policy Inaction in Climate‐Growth Models

ABSTRACT To better understand the structure and core mechanisms of a broad class of climate‐growth models, we study a simplified version of the dynamic integrated model of climate and the economy (DICE) through the lens of growth theory. We analytically show that this model features a continuum of saddle‐point stable steady states.

In this work, we describe an interpretation of the radical of an ideal in the context of lu-groups, semi-low lu-rings and PMVf -algebras. These notions result naturally from a known notion in the context of MV-algebras and the use of categorical equivalences.
