Designing a Model for Monitoring Supplier Cooperation Strategy Using Fuzzy Profile Monitoring of Unforeseen Costs [PDF]

open access: yesMuṭāli̒āt-i Mudīriyyat-i Ṣan̒atī
This article investigates the selection of a cooperation model with suppliers and the continuous monitoring of the collaboration strategy over time by tracking the supplier's performance.

Turbopump Condition Monitoring Using Incremental Clustering and One-class Support Vector Machine [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
: Turbopump condition monitoring is a significant approach to ensure the safety of liquid rocket engine (LRE). Because of lack of fault samples, a monitoring system cannot be trained on all possible condition patterns.

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Multistage interwell chemical tracing for step-by-step profile control of water channeling and flooding of fractured ultra-low permeability reservoirs

open access: yesPetroleum Exploration and Development, 2016
To monitor the dynamic variations of sweep area and formation parameters during the process of multiple slugs step-by-step profile control, the multistage interwell chemical tracing technique was proposed and tested in field, in line with the features of

Profile Monitoring for Com-Poisson Responses

open access: yes, 2022
In real case problems, the relationship between the response variable and one or more explanatory variables is called profile that should be monitored over time instead of the quality characteristic itself.

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Glucose monitoring technologies - complementary or competitive? Role of continuous glucose monitoring versus flash glucose monitoring versus self-monitoring of blood glucose

open access: yesJournal of Diabetology, 2017
We have numerous technologies that can help keep a close watch on an individual's glycaemic status and thereby assist in developing successful diabetes management strategies.

Soil Profile Analytical Database for Europe (SPADE): Reconstruction and Validation of the Measured Data (SPADE/M) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
The Soil Profile Analytical Database of Europe of Measured profiles (SPADE/M) was created to provide a common structure for storing harmonized information on typical soil profile properties of European soils.
