In this article, Shuai and colleagues found that depletion of Sorcs3 could activate totipotency in mESCs, promising bidirectional differentiation potential to embryonic and extraembryonic lineages. Rapid Microfluidic Drug Sensitivity Testing Within 5 Days Using Minimal Clinical Tumor Samples
This study develops the air‐punched fabrication approach for nanoliter‐scale microcavity arrays with ultra‐smooth microcavity surfaces, with which rapid formation and 3D culture of tumor cell spheroids from small numbers of cell samples, as well as high‐throughput drug sensitivity testing can be achieved within 5 days.

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.
