Therapy for acute nonspecific back pain: new additional opportunities

open access: yesНеврология, нейропсихиатрия, психосоматика, 2018
Information about a favorable prognosis for a patient, recommendations for activities, and optimal pharmacotherapy are a mainstay in the effective treatment of acute nonspecific low back pain (NLBP).

Mechanism of Chronic Kidney Disease Progression and Novel Biomarkers: A Metabolomic Analysis of Experimental Glomerulonephritis

open access: yesMetabolites, 2020
While a complex network of cellular and molecular events is known to be involved in the pathophysiological mechanism of chronic kidney disease (CKD), the divergence point between reversal and progression and the event that triggers CKD progression are ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Naked cuticle is essential for Drosophila wing development beyond Wingless signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Naked cuticle (Nkd), a Wnt signaling inhibitor, assumes extensive roles in Drosophila wing development. Overexpressing Nkd causes smaller, crumpled wings, while also perturbing multiple signaling pathways and developmental genes. A specific region (R1S) is critical for Nkd's function as a signaling integrator, offering new insights for studying its ...

The E3 ubiquitin ligase, RNF219, suppresses CNOT6L expression to exhibit antiproliferative activity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio
Despite the increasing evidence of the role of CCR4‐NOT complex in posttranscriptional gene regulation, relatively little is known about its mode of action. In a search for novel CCR4‐NOT interacting partners, we carried out mass spectrometry analysis of

Prognosis-search complex for mesothermal gold deposits. P. 3. Petrochemical and geochemical criteria

open access: yesИзвестия Томского политехнического университета: Инжиниринг георесурсов, 2019
The relevance of the work is defined by the necessity to develop after hundred year investigations hydrothermal gold deposits formation theory instead of the four competing ones - granitogene, basaltogene, metamorphogene, polygene retaining in ore geology.

FGFR Like1 drives esophageal cancer progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and notch signalling: insights from clinical data and next‐generation sequencing analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Association between immune-related adverse events and prognosis in immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy: A bibliometric and visual analysis

open access: yesHuman Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics
With the gradual improvement in tumor immunotherapy, the incidence of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) has increased. However, according to current research, the relationship between irAEs and prognosis remains a contentious issue.

Tumor‐stromal crosstalk and macrophage enrichment are associated with chemotherapy response in bladder cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Chemoresistance in bladder cancer: Macrophage recruitment associated with CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL8 expression is characteristic of Gemcitabine/Cisplatin (Gem/Cis) Non‐Responder tumors (right side) while Responder tumors did not show substantial tumor‐stromal crosstalk (left side). All biological icons are attributed to Bioicons: carcinoma, cancerous‐cell‐
