Impotence in Progressive Systemic Sclerosis

Five men with progressive systemic sclerosis presented with impotence as a significant initial feature of their disease. Endocrine, urologic, and psychiatric evaluations failed to reveal another cause for impotence. We suggest that male erectile dysfunction represents another manifestation of systemic sclerosis.
