Mussel‐Bioinspired Edible Ca2+‐Crosslinked Alginate Hydrogel Electrodes for Glucose Gastrointestinal Monitoring

A fully edible soft electrode is engineered from Ca2⁺‐crosslinked alginate integrated with polydopamine, silver nanoparticles, and food‐grade glucose oxidase.
