Implementation of Analytic Projective Geometry for Computer Graphics

Programming and Computer Software
In their research, the authors actively exploit different branches of geometry. For geometric constructions, computer algebra approaches and systems are used. Currently, we are interested in computer geometry, more specifically, the implementation of computer graphics.

Analytic Projective Geometry

2023
Projective geometry is the geometry of vision, and this book introduces students to this beautiful subject from an analytic perspective, emphasising its close relationship with linear algebra and the central role of symmetry. Starting with elementary and familiar geometry over real numbers, readers will soon build upon that knowledge via geometric ...

Source projection analytic nodal SN method for hexagonal geometry

Annals of Nuclear Energy, 1996
Abstract A new discrete ordinates nodal method is developed for the two-dimensional transport equation in hexagonal geometry. We solve the discrete ordinates equation analytically after the source term is projected and represented in high-order polynomials.

Berkovich Curves and Schottky Uniformization II: Analytic Uniformization of Mumford Curves

Lecture notes in mathematics, 2020
This text is an exposition of non-Archimedean curves and Schottky uniformization from the point of view of Berkovich geometry. It consists of two parts, the first one of an introductory nature, and the second one more advanced. The first part is meant to

Hyperbolic Analytic Geometry

Mathematics Magazine, 1955
Thle individual wh1o encounters hyperbolic geometry for the first time in such a book as the one by Wolfe [31 has the stimu-lating experience of developing the analogue of a substantial part of euclidean geometry uising the same essential spirit and ...

Monocular vision using inverse perspective projection geometry: analytic relations

Proceedings CVPR '89: IEEE Computer Society Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, 2003
The author derives a variety of relationships, all in the reference frame of the camera, between 3-D points; 3-D lines; collections of 3-D lines; the angles between lines lying in common planes; the planes in which lines may lie; and the corresponding perspective projection of the 3-D points, lines and angles.

DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' RESEARCH COMPETENCIES WHEN STUDYING ANALYTICAL AND PROJECTIVE GEOMETRY

BULLETIN Series of Physics & Mathematical Sciences
The article discusses the methods of developing research skills among future teachers of mathematics and physics in the process of studying analytical and projective geometry at the university using interactive learning tools. Let us note that research competencies are a component of the professional competencies of bachelors in the areas of training ...
