In women with PPROM before 34 weeks, we compared outcomes before and after implementing an outpatient management protocol. Outpatient care was offered to one‐third of patients, did not affect latency or gestational age at delivery, and was associated with fewer early neonatal infections, supporting its safety in selected cases.
