Model for High Dynamic Range Imaging System Using Hybrid Feature Based Exposure Fusion
The luminous value is high for many natural scenes, which causes loss of information and occurs in dark images. The High Dynamic Range (HDR) technique captures the same objects or scene for multiple times in different exposure and produces the images ...

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

Proper or Weak Efficiency via Saddle Point Conditions in Cone-Constrained Nonconvex Vector Optimization Problems [PDF]
Motivated by many applications (for instance, some production models in finance require infinity-dimensional commodity spaces, and the preference is defined in terms of an ordering cone having possibly empty interior), this paper deals with a unified ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Proper efficiency and duality for a new class of nonconvex multitime multiobjective variational problems [PDF]
In this paper, a new class of generalized of nonconvex multitime multiobjective variational problems is considered. We prove the sufficient optimality conditions for efficiency and proper efficiency in the considered multitime multiobjective variational ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Versatile vector tools for efficient protein screening across multiple expression systems
A unified vector toolkit enables rapid protein expression screening across E. coli, insect, and mammalian cells. A single primer pair amplifies the target gene, which is inserted into any vector via a standardized interface. This streamlined workflow eliminates repeated cloning steps, accelerating the identification of optimal expression conditions for

Proximal proper efficiency in set-valued optimization [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce the concept of cone semilocal convex and cone semilocal convexlike set-valued maps and obtain characterization of these maps in terms of locally star-shaped sets.
