Properties of heavy-light hadrons

Surveys in High Energy Physics, 1998
Abstract Theoretical approaches to investigation of properties of hadronic systems containing one heavy quark and light degrees of freedom are reviewed. Predictions for mass spectra and strong decays of these states on Heavy Quark Symmetry are discussed in details.

Properties of the Breaking of Hadronic Internal Symmetry

Annals of Physics, 1971
The directions of breaking of the hadronic internal symmetry by the electromagnetic, semileptonic—and nonleptonic—weak and CP violating interactions are characterized by remarkable mathematical properties. These directions correspond to idempotents or nilpotents of an algebra and they are critical, i.e., every invariant function for the symmetry group,

Non-equilibrium properties of hadronic mixtures

Physics Reports, 1993
Abstract The equilibration of hot hadronic matter is studied in the framework of relativistic kinetic theory. Various non-equilibrium properties of a mixture comprised of pions, kaons and nucleons are calculated in the dilute limit for small deviations from local thermal equilibrium.

Hadronic Matter and Dileptons or In-Medium Properties of Hadrons

1994
The topic concerns Relativistic Heavy Ion Physics, i.e., the laboratory energy domain from about 1 to 10 GeV per nucleon, or \(\sqrt{s}\sim 2-5\) GeV in the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame. The presentation will be illustrated with experimental data from the DLS (DiLepton Spectrometer) program at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory’s Bevalac.

Properties of Ordinary and Exotic Hadrons

2001
I discuss properties of ordinary and exotic hadrons as described by two distinct constituent quark models. These are the one gluon exchange (OGE) and the Goldstone boson exchange (GBE) models. I also discuss the interaction between hadrons starting from their quark structure. The case of the NN is presented in some details.

Particular Properties of Hadronic (Exotic) Atoms

1975
We first should like to make a few introducting remarks concerning the definition of exotic atoms, and the experimental techniques to produce and observe them and to measure their properties. We will then proceed to discuss particularly those properties of the exotic atoms which constitute the main differences between both the ordinary electronic and ...
