Gravitational transition form factors of N → ∆ via QCD light-cone sum rules
We present the first direct calculation on the gravitational form factors (GFFs) of the N → ∆ transition using an analytic method, the QCD light-cone sum rules. The matrix element of the quark part of the energy momentum tensor current sandwiched between

In-medium Hadrons – Properties, Interaction and Formation [PDF]
In this talk various aspects of in-medium behavior of hadrons are discussed with an emphasis on observable effects. Examples for theoretical predictions of in-medium spectral functions are given and the importance of resonance-hole excitations is stressed. It is also stressed that final state interactions can have a major effect on observables and thus

A possible subthreshold pole in S 11 channel from πN Roy-Steiner equation analyses
The hyperbolic version of Roy-Steiner equation describing low energy πN scatterings, with larger analyticity domain in the complex s plane is solved. The numerical results on phase shifts of low partial waves are in agreement with that of Hoferichter et ...

Hadronic properties of the photon [PDF]
Currently it is no doubt that high energy photons (real or virtual) have a hadronic component leading to photon shadowing in its interaction with nuclei. We shortly consider the difficulties appeared in the models like vector dominance model (VDM) and stress that these problems can be solved in a color dipole model inspired by Quantum Chromodynamics ...

Measuring hadron properties at finite temperature [PDF]
We estimate the numbers and mass spectra of observed lepton and kaon pairs produced from $ϕ$ meson decays in the central rapidity region of an Au+Au collision at lab energy 11.6 GeV/nucleon. The following effects are considered: possible mass shifts, thermal broadening due to collisions with hadronic resonances, and superheating of the resonance gas ...

Perturbative calculations of gravitational form factors at large momentum transfer
We perform a perturbative QCD analysis of the gravitational form factors (GFFs) of nucleon at large momentum transfer. We derive the explicit factorization formula of the GFFs in terms of twist-3 and twist-4 light-cone distribution amplitudes of nucleon.

If R hadrons are discovered at the LHC, investigation of their properties will be of paramount importance. One important question is how much of the R-hadron mass is due to electroweak symmetry breaking, i.e. the coupling of the Higgs to R-hadrons.

Generalized Fragmentation Functions for Fractal Jet Observables [PDF]
We introduce a broad class of fractal jet observables that recursively probe the collective properties of hadrons produced in jet fragmentation. To describe these collinear-unsafe observables, we generalize the formalism of fragmentation functions, which

Property of recombination in polarized hadronic targets [PDF]
The triple gluon-ladder vertex is shown to project the outgoing gluon in either polarization state with equal probability up to the leading double-ln(x)ln($Q^2$) approximation. This implies that the $Q^2$-evolution of $ΔG (x, Q^2)$ is free from recombination effects to this level of approximation.
