ABSTRACT Lenacapavir (LEN) is a first‐in‐class capsid inhibitor (CAI) that targets multiple stages of the HIV‐1 lifecycle, showing efficacy in heavily treatment‐experienced (HTE) individuals with multidrug‐resistance (MDR) and in pre‐exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). This study aimed to characterize a novel in‐house next‐generation sequencing (NGS) protocol

An Optimal Model Identification For Oscillatory Dynamics With a Stable Limit Cycle
We propose a general framework for parameter-free identification of a class of dynamical systems. Here, the propagator is approximated in terms of an arbitrary function of the state, in contrast to a polynomial or Galerkin expansion used in traditional ...

Dynamics of a small neutrally buoyant sphere in a fluid and targeting in Hamiltonian systems [PDF]
We show that, even in the most favorable case, the motion of a small spherical tracer suspended in a fluid of the same density may differ from the corresponding motion of an ideal passive particle.

Synthetic trap‐peptides identify a TOM complex phosphatase – PP2A dephosphorylates Tom6
Synthetic trap‐peptides facilitate the identification of complete holoenzymes that bind to the target sequence remarkably close to the phosphorylation site. PP4 bound to, but did not dephosphorylate, the peptide substrate taken from yeast Tom6 pSer16, showing that proximity alone does not induce phosphatase activity.

ABSTRACT Advances in sequencing and chromosome‐scale assembly have brought non‐model animals into focus, deepening our understanding of genome and chromosome evolution. Here, we present the waterbuck (Kobus ellipsiprymnus) as an emerging model antelope for studying population dynamics and chromosome evolution.

Optimal Reconstruction of Inviscid Vortices
We address the question of constructing simple inviscid vortex models which optimally approximate realistic flows as solutions of an inverse problem. Assuming the model to be incompressible, inviscid and stationary in the frame of reference moving with ...

Vortex motion around a circular cylinder
The motion of a pair of counter-rotating point vortices placed in a uniform flow around a circular cylinder forms a rich nonlinear system that is often used to model vortex shedding.
