CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Natural Products as Geroprotective Modulators in Diabetic Nephropathy: A Mechanistic Framework Integrating Aging Hallmarks and the AMPK–SIRT1–Nrf2 Axis

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Natural products target the aging kidney in diabetic nephropathy by restoring the AMPK–SIRT1–Nrf2 axis, reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, fibrosis, and cellular senescence while enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis and antioxidant defenses.

Utilisation de micro-doses de sucres en protection des plantes.

open access: yes, 2015
Increasing interest is devoted to relationships between sugars (glucose, sucrose, fructose, raffinose…) and resistance of plants to biotic and abiotic stresses, resulting in the concept of “sweet immunity” or “sugar–enhanced defense”. The objective of the project USAGE (2012-2014) was to test the effect of spraying low doses of sugars on plants to ...

Diversification des stratégies de protection des plantes: intérêt des monoterpènes [PDF]

open access: yesActa Botanica Gallica, 1999
Abstract Plant protection requires alternative strategies to control pest insects. Among these strategies, the use of allelochemicals could be focused on two ways involving: - the internal defences of plants by the modification and the orientation of their metabolisms to enhance the production of self—defence components,- the external defences of ...
