MYB90 and MYB75 are two MYB transcription factors that regulate anthocyanin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis. Prior to this study a microarray experiment indicated that MYB90 was required for senescence associated anthocyanin biosynthesis.

Integrative multi‐omics analysis delineates a mitochondrial–immune axis governing neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Immune‐active tumors exhibit enhanced B‐cell infiltration and favorable sensitivity, whereas metabolically rewired tumors display oxidative phosphorylation dependency and resistance.

Slow‐transit constipation (STC) is a disabling motility disorder with unclear smooth‐muscle mechanisms. Spatial proteomic analysis of STC patient colon reveals both the central pathogenic role of smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in STC and novel regulators of intestinal motility, BIN1 and ALDH1B1.
