Afatinib Overcomes Osimertinib Resistance via Egfr V804F Mutation in a Syngeneic Egfr‐Mutant Lung Cancer Mouse Model

Elucidating the Pro‐Tumor Role of LncRNA CROCCP2 in Glioma via the miR‐5584‐5p/HOXD11/Autophagy Pathway

The lncRNA CROCCP2 upregulates HOXD11 by competitively adsorbing miR‐5584‐5p, thereby promoting glioma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by inhibiting autophagy. It significantly enhances tumor growth in vivo, suggesting it may be a potential therapeutic target for gliomas.

Hypericin Suppresses Liver Cancer Through Autophagic Degradation of AKT and Eliciting Antitumor Immune Response

Genetic Evolution in BRCA1‐Associated Breast Cancer Reveals Early Driver Mutations Shaping Tumor Features and Prognosis

Multi‐region sequencing of 57 BRCA1‐associated breast cancers identified TP53 as the dominant initial driver, defining a triple‐negative subgroup with biallelic BRCA1 loss and elevated genomic instability. TP53 truncating mutations were enriched in BRCA1 carriers and linked to reduced HRD, EMT activation, and a trend toward worse survival.

MEN1 Deficiency Drives Lung Cancer Progression via Activation of MMP10‐Mediated Angiogenesis
