Determination of proton-proton coupling constants in 13C-labeled molecules
Pulse sequences that rely on heteronuclear one-bond couplings like ‘J(H, C) and ‘J( C, C) couplings are among the most sensitive correlation experiments available in high-resolution NMR of biological macromolecules.
