The genome sequence of the Heterolobosean amoeboflagellate, Tetramitus jugosus CCAP 1588/3C [version 1; peer review: 2 approved]

open access: yesWellcome Open Research, 2023
We present a genome assembly from cultivated Tetramitus jugosus (Heterolobosea; Schizopyrenida; Vahlkampfiidae). The genome sequence is 26.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly (99.3%) is scaffolded into 52 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
