Electrode and Microstructure Dependence of Oxygen Diffusion in Ferroelectric Hafnium Zirconium Oxide Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

Strongly Unforgeable and Efficient Proxy Signature Scheme with Fast Revocation Secure in the Standard Model

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2016
The existing proxy signature schemes with the proxy revocation function are proven to be malleable and do not possess strong unforgeability. Motivated by these concerns, a new proxy signature scheme with fast revocation is proposed, and it can be proved ...

Stability of Medicinal Nanoemulsions to Spaceflight: Insights From the StarMed Experiment

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Chitosan‐coated melatonin nanoemulsions (MN) recovered from a sounding rocket mission preserve droplet size and controlled‐release behavior, whereas uncoated nanoemulsions show ageing‐driven droplet growth and increased accessible drug fraction. Simple polymer coatings thus enhance the flight resilience of liquid space medicines under cumulative launch

Thermodynamic Limits to Molecular Doping in Conjugated Polymers: A Perspective on Phase Behavior and Miscibility

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Molecular doping of conjugated polymers is fundamentally constrained by thermodynamic phase behavior. This Perspective reframes doping efficiency and stability in terms of miscibility limits, binodals, and solvus boundaries, highlighting the role of effective interaction parameters and charge transfer.

Security Analysis of a Threshold Proxy Signature Scheme Using Self certified Public Keys

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2008
:Xue and Cao proposed a threshold proxy signature scheme using self certified public keys, but this scheme was insecure. An attack against this scheme was proposed. By this attack, an adversary could forge an illegal proxy signature.

The Hierarchy of Key Evolving Signatures and a Characterization of Proxy Signatures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
For the last two decades the notion and implementations of proxy signatures have been used to allow transfer of digital signing power within some context (in order to enable flexibility of signers within organizations and among entities). On the other hand, various notions of the key-evolving signature paradigms (forward-secure, key-insulated, and ...

Lipid Nanoparticle Co‐Delivery of mRNA and a Small Molecule Drug for Oral Cancer Chemoimmunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Co‐encapsulation of p53 mRNA and the small molecule ciclopirox within a lipid nanoparticle yields an all‐in‐one chemoimmunotherapy for oral squamous cell carcinoma. The platform engages caspase‐driven apoptosis in cancer cells while repolarizing tumor‐associated macrophages, achieving tumor reduction in both p53‐susceptible and p53‐resistant models and
