Diagnosis of PRRS

Veterinary Microbiology, 1997
This paper reviews various diagnostic methods for the detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus or antibodies to PRRS virus reported during the period from 1991 to 1995. In addition, experience from a European Community Concerted Action and especially Danish experiences concerning serological tests are presented.

PRR-PRR Dynamic Relocation

IEEE Computer Architecture Letters, 2009
Partial bitstream relocation (PBR) on FPGAs has been gaining attention in recent years as a potentially promising technique to scale parallelism of accelerator architectures at run time, enhance fault tolerance, etc. PBR techniques to date have focused on reading inactive bitstreams stored in memory, on-chip or off-chip, whose contents are generated ...

CDPK Activation in PRR Signaling

2017
Calcium-dependent protein kinases undergo a rapid biochemical activation in response to an intracellular Ca increase induced by the PRR-dependent perception of a pathogen-related stimulus. Based on SDS gel resolution, the in-gel kinase assay allows the analysis of multiple in vivo protein samples in parallel, combining the advantage of protein ...
