Perianal Paget's Disease: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Perianal Paget's disease is rare and may be secondary to an underlying anorectal adenocarcinoma. Full‐thickness biopsy with immunohistochemistry is key to distinguish primary from secondary disease and to guide staging. Allergic contact dermatitis is very common in patients with anogenital lesions referred for patch testing in Spain.
