Did Growth and Reforms Increase Citizens’ Support for the Transition? [PDF]

open access: yes
How did post-communist transformations affect people’s perceptions of their economic and political systems? We model a pseudo-panel with 89 country-year clusters, based on 13 countries observed between 1991 and 2004, to identify the macro and ...

SAGE: Spatially Aware Gene Selection and Dual‐View Embedding Fusion for Domain Identification in Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SAGE is a unified framework for spatial domain identification in spatial transcriptomics that jointly models tissue architecture and gene programs. Topic‐driven gene selection (NMF plus classifier‐based scoring) highlights spatially informative genes, while dual‐view graph embedding fuses local expression and non‐local functional relations.

The Impact of Tuition Fees and Support on University [PDF]

open access: yes
Understanding how policy can affect university participation is important for understanding how governments can promote human capital accumulation. In this paper, we estimate the separate impacts of tuition fees and maintenance grants on the decision to ...

Asymmetric Cu─N─Ru Bridgedsite Nanozyme‐Loaded Injectable Thermogel Boosts Cuproptosis‐Like Death for Multidrug‐Resistant Urinary Tract Infections

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
To address multidrug‐resistant urinary tract infections (MDR‐UTIs), we developed Cu‐ZIF8‐Ru nanozyme featuring an asymmetric Cu─N─Ru catalytic site. This unique structure enhances multienzyme‐mimetic activity, eradicating resistant bacteria by inducing a cuproptosis‐like death pathway through intracellular Cu2+ accumulation and energy depletion.

Real‐Time and High‐Resolution NIR‐II‐L Imaging of Netrin‐1‐Mediated Neurovascular Coupling Driven by Dose‐Dependent Electroacupuncture

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Disrupted neurovascular coupling contributes to ovarian dysfunction in polycystic ovary syndrome. Using near‑infrared II long‑wavelength imaging, this study visualizes how electroacupuncture dynamically regulates ovarian blood vessels in vivo. Immediate and cumulative stimulation elicit distinct vascular responses via a Netrin‐1 dependent mechanism ...
