Phospholipase C from pseudomonas fluorescens
Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Lipids and Lipid Metabolism, 1971Abstract Phospholipase C found in the growth medium of Pseudomonas fluorescens was purified 2500-fold by (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 fractionation and successive chromatography on Sephadex G-100, Sephadex G-200 and DEAE-Sephadex A-50 columns. Phosphatidyl ethanolamine rather than phosphatidyl choline was hydrolyzed extensively under our experimental conditions.

Inducible catalase in Pseudomonas fluorescens
Biochimie, 1981The catalase activity of a non-proliferating suspension of Pseudomonas fluorescens doubled after six hours incubation in a 50 mM phosphate buffer medium (pH 7.3). The same effect was observed in a peptone medium. The increased activity was due to induced enzyme synthesis, and not to activation of preexisting catalase.

In sterile vermiculite P. fluorescens 2137gus colonized 80???90% of barley roots surface. The essential fluctuation of colonization intensity of the roots by 2137gus was established. In F. culmorum presence the intensity of root colonization by 2137gus could be decreased. It is evidence that F. culmorum can influence P.

Pentachlorophenol degradation by Pseudomonas fluorescens
Water Quality Research Journal, 2015Fluorescent Pseudomonads strains were considered as plant growth promoting bacteria. They exhibited antagonistic activities against phytopathogens and showed bio-fertilizing properties. The strain Pseudomonas fluorescens PsWw128, isolated from wastewater, can use the pentachlorophenol (PCP) as the sole source of carbon and energy.

La tréhalase de Pseudomonas fluorescens
Biochimie, 1971Summary We have extracted and purified about 160 times an endocellular trehalase of Pseudomonas fluorescens. This enzyme shows an optimum pH of 6.45 and a Km for trehalose of 2 × 10−2 M at 28°C. The unique substrate except trehalose is desoxy-6 trehalose with a Km of 4 × 10−2 M.
