Pyogranulomatous panniculitis in a domestic cat associated with Pseudomonas luteola infection.
Veterinary Dermatology, 2020Pseudomonas luteola, a pathogen causing disease in humans, has in animals been reported only in rainbow trout and ferrets. This case report describes pyogranulomatous panniculitis in a cat associated with P. luteola infection.

Aquaculture, 2007Abstract Bacteria isolated from rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss , kept in a farm, in Turkey. During the outbreak, 40% of the rainbow trout (10–40 g) died. Typical clinical signs were exophthalmia, dark pigmentation, hemorrhage at the base of the pectoral, pelvic, anal fins and around the vent.

Decolorization of azo dyes with immobilized Pseudomonas luteola
Process Biochemistry, 2001Abstract Immobilized Pseudomonas luteola able to reduce azo groups enzymically were used as a biocatalyst for the decolorization of wastewater containing azo dyes. Cells of P. luteola were immobilized by entrapment in natural and synthetic polymeric matrices.

Scandinavian Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2004Pseudomonas luteola is uncommonly implicated in clinical infections, but it constitutes a significant nosocomial pathogen causing mainly infections associated with foreign material. This report describes an unusual case of a Pseudomonas luteola strain that infected and caused cutaneous abscess and bacteraemia in a previously healthy man.
