Pseudoscalar mesons and instantons [PDF]

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 1983
Abstract We discuss the QCD sum rules for the correlators of pseudoscalar currents with quantum numbers of π, K, η, η′ mesons. In the framework of the instanton model of the QCD vacuum suggested earlier by the author, we calculate SU(3) breaking effects such as K, η masses and ηη′ mixing, as well as the U(1) breaking effect, the η′ mass.

Search for dark matter produced in association with a single top quark or a top quark pair in proton-proton collisions at s = 13 $$ \sqrt{s}=13 $$ TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
A search for dark matter produced in association with top quarks in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV is presented. The data set used corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb−1 recorded with the CMS detector at the ...

Pseudoscalar mesons parton distribution amplitudes

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2016
We compute all kaon and pion parton distribution amplitudes (PDAs) to twist-three and find that all of the pion’s distributions are symmetric and all of the kaon’s distributions are skewed in favour of the heavier s-quark, which are clear signals of ...

Thin layer axion dynamo

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
We study interacting classical magnetic and pseudoscalar fields in frames of the axion electrodynamics. A large scale pseudoscalar field can be the coherent superposition of axions or axion like particles. We consider the evolution of these fields inside

A tmQCD mixed-action approach to flavour physics

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
We discuss a mixed-action approach in which sea quarks are regularised using non-perturbatively O(a) improved Wilson fermions, while a fully-twisted tmQCD action is used for valence quarks.

Is there a scalar or pseudoscalar at 95 GeV?

open access: yesPhysical Review D
We discuss the possibility of interpreting the recent experimental hints in favor of a 95 GeV resonance with extensions of the Standard Model featuring an extra Higgs doublet and SM scalar (2HDM+s) or pseudoscalar singlet (2HDM+a). We compare the possibility of reproducing the experimental anomalies with the theoretical constraints on the extended ...
