Magnetic polarizabilities of light mesons in SU(3) lattice gauge theory

Trace and Axial Anomalies on Equal Footing
We discussed that for some particular nonsupersymmetric theories, a generalized symmetry that includes both the scale and axial transformations and leads to a single current may contain also a pseudoscalar term. The method, inspired by the superconformal

We investigate the decays of $$\bar{B}^0_s$$ B¯s0 , $$\bar{B}^0$$ B¯0 and $$B^-$$ B- into $$\eta _c$$ ηc plus a scalar or vector meson in a theoretical framework by taking into account the dominant process for the weak decay of $$\bar{B}$$ B¯ meson into $

Radiative decays of vector and pseudoscalar nonets
Using a counting scheme which treats the light pseudoscalar and the light vector-meson nonet on equal footing, the decays of the narrow light vector mesons into a pseudoscalar meson and a dilepton and of the η′ meson into an ɷ meson and a dielectron are ...

Hidden gauge formalism for the radiative decays of axial-vector mesons [PDF]
The radiative decay of the axial-vector resonances into a pseudoscalar meson and a photon is studied using the vector meson Lagrangian obtained from the hidden gauge symmetry (HGS) formalism.

QED effects in the pseudoscalar meson sector [PDF]
We present results on the pseudoscalar meson masses from a fully dynamical simulation of QCD+QED. We concentrate particularly on violations of isospin symmetry. We calculate the $ ^+$-$ ^0$ splitting and also look at other isospin violating mass differences. We have presented results for these isospin splittings in arXiv:1508.06401 [hep-lat]. In this

Heavy + light pseudoscalar meson semileptonic transitions
A symmetry-preserving regularisation of a vector $$\times $$ × vector contact interaction (SCI) is used to deliver a unified treatment of semileptonic transitions involving $$\pi $$ π , K, $$D_{(s)}$$ D ( s ) , $$B_{(s,c)}$$ B ( s , c ) initial states ...

The Ds0(2590)+ as the dressed cs¯(21S0) meson in a coupled-channels calculation
The recent discovery of the Ds0(2590)+ meson by the LHCb Collaboration has stimulated the analysis of meson-meson channels effects in the two-body quark-antiquark meson spectrum.

Chiral Properties of Pseudoscalar Mesons on a Quenched $20^4$ Lattice with Overlap Fermions [PDF]
The chiral properties of the pseudoscalar mesons are studied numerically on a quenched $20^4$ lattice with the overlap fermion. We elucidate the role of the zero modes in the meson propagators, particularly that of the pseudoscalar meson.

On the mixing of pseudoscalar mesons
Abstract We calculate the mixing between a glueball and qq pseudoscalars (both the ground state and the first radial excitation) in the framework of the MIT bag model. Our results are large, strongly violate SU(3) and are very sensitive to small changes in the parameters of the model.
