[Anther development and sperm isolation of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.)].

Fen zi xi bao sheng wu xue bao = Journal of molecular cell biology, 2009
Anther wall is general and tapetum is glandular. The process of meiosis of microspore mother cells is simultaneous and the tetrads are tetrahedral. The mature pollen of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) is tree-celled. There are 22-30 germ pores on the pollen wall.

Seed dormancy mechanisms of Pseudostellaria heterophylla and its germination characteristics

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica, 2012
Objective Seed dormancy mechanisms, breaking dormancy and the optimal germinating conditions were studied to improve reproductive efficiency and quality standard of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. Method The P. heterophylla seeds were stratified into wettish sand for 65 days under the temperature of -2-3 degrees C, embryo length and germination ...

Proteomic Analysis: Sepsis Liver Injury Treated with Radix Pseudostellaria Polysaccharides

This project is centered on conducting a proteomics analysis to evaluate liver injury associated with sepsis, with a particular focus on the effects of treatment with Radix Pseudostellaria polysaccharides and its modulation of the gut microbiota. Utilizing a mouse model of sepsis induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), the study will explore the ...
