We have determined the following psi' branching ratios using the large event sample collected by Fermilab experiment E835 in the reaction -->psi': B(psi'--> e(+)e(-)) = (7.4 +/- 0.2 +/- 0.7) x 10(-3), B(psi'--> J/psi pi(0)pi(0)) = (18.7 +/- 0.9 +/- 1.3)% and B(psi'--> J/psi eta) = (4.1 +/- 0.3 +/- 0.5)%.
