Photothermal–Immunomodulatory Hydrogel Reinforced by Ti3C2/ZnAl‐LDH Nanoplatform for Eradicating MRSA and Promoting Diabetic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A NETs‐inspired Ti3C2/LDH hydrogel integrates trapping, ROS boosting, and M2‐immunomodulation for MRSA‐infected wound repair. ABSTRACT MRSA infections give rise to chronic cutaneous and advance into profound tissue invasions, including osteomyelitis and sepsis—conditions for which existing clinical interventions offer only limited efficacy. The utility

Probabilistic structural mechanics research for parallel processing computers [PDF]

open access: yes
Aerospace structures and spacecraft are a complex assemblage of structural components that are subjected to a variety of complex, cyclic, and transient loading conditions. Significant modeling uncertainties are present in these structures, in addition to

Multi-party PSM, Revisited:

open access: yes, 2021
We improve the communication complexity in the Private Simultaneous Messages (PSM) model, which is a minimal model of non-interactive information-theoretic multi-party computation. The state-of-the-art PSM protocols were recently constructed by Beimel, Kushilevitz and Nissim (EUROCRYPT 2018). We present new constructions of k-party PSM protocols.

Effectiveness of Pre‐Transplant Dual GLP‐1 Receptor Agonist and SGLT2 Inhibitor Therapy on All‐Cause Mortality in Organ Transplantation Candidates with Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes: a Target‐Trial Emulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This target trial emulation in solid organ transplant candidates with obesity and type 2 diabetes evaluates whether pre‐transplant dual therapy with GLP‐1 receptor agonists plus SGLT2 inhibitors is associated with post‐transplant mortality and kidney graft outcomes compared with monotherapy or usual care, using multinational electronic health records ...

On the formal theory of pseudomonads and pseudodistributive laws

open access: yes, 2019
We contribute to the formal theory of pseudomonads, i.e. the analogue for pseudomonads of the formal theory of monads. In particular, we solve a problem posed by Steve Lack by proving that, for every Gray-category K, there is a Gray-category Psm(K) of ...

Precision‐Engineered Silver Single‐Atom Carbon Dot Nanozymes for Theranostic Management of Acute Kidney Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mitochondria‐targeted silver single‐atom carbon dot (T‐AgSA‐CDs) nanozymes enable dual SOD/GPx‐like ROS scavenging, real‐time imaging, and therapeutic effects for acute kidney injury (AKI). Atomically dispersed Ag sites synergize with carbon dots to restore renal redox hemostasis, protect mitochondrial function, mitigate inflammation, facilitate post ...
