Tritone PSM and its performance
SPIE Proceedings, 1997The halftone phase shift mask (PSM) gives a significant improvement on DOF for hole pattern printing on wafer. However, we need to be careful when we use it on other patterns such as line and space or patterns surrounded by bright field, because sub-peak effect could cause deterioration of those patterns when they are printed on wafer.

PSM Evergreening with Artificial Intelligence
ADIPEC, 2023Abstract Several "ad-hoc" safety assessments are routinely performed in Major Hazard Facilities such as Operational Risk Assessments (ORA), Management of Change (MOC) HAZOPs, Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), maintainability reviews and Root Cause Analyses (RCA).

PSM auditing: Thinking beyond compliance
Process Safety Progress, 2015The process safety management (PSM) rule requires a “compliance audit” at least every 3 years. This description implies that the purpose of the audit is to ensure that legal requirements are met. Thoughtful companies recognize that meeting the minimum legal requirements may not be sufficient, and also audit for conformance with their internal company ...
