PSpice simulation of ultrasonic systems
IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics and Frequency Control, 2000The usage of electrical analogies for the simulation of wave generation and propagation in ultrasound transducers is well established. In this paper a PSpice approach that includes the temperature and frequency dependency of the transducer performance is proposed.

Behavioral IGBT macromodel for OrCad PSPICE simulator is presented. The model is parameterized and it is implemented as a subcircuit in the simulator. The nonlinear DC equations and voltage-controlled capacitors are precisely represented using ABM method, which is resulting in good accuracy.

Pspice libraries development for EMC analysis
2015 Asia-Pacific Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility (APEMC), 2015In order to perform EMC design activities, engineers need to have some tools for preliminary risk analysis to determine filters needs and/or architecture orientation choices. Huge variations in term of requirements between different carmakers can be observed (40 dB difference for example for a simple conducted emission test can be observed between OEMs)

Heat Transfer Simulation Using PSpice
Heat Transfer: Volume 3, 2003Heat transfer considerations are important in almost all areas of technology. However, heat transfer analysis can be very difficult for complicated systems such as very large-scale integrated (VLSI) electric circuits and systems, making the simulation an attractive technique for studying heat transfer of those systems.
