A New Zero Current Switching Ultra Step‐Up Converter With Low Input Current Ripple

open access: yesIET Circuits, Devices &Systems, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This paper proposes a high step‐up converter featuring zero current (ZC) switching (ZCS) and continuous input current to enhance efficiency. The converter integrates switched capacitor and coupled inductor techniques to improve voltage gain while significantly reducing the voltage stress across the switch. Furthermore, the maximum voltage stress on the

A New High Step‐Down Zero Voltage Switching DC–DC Converter With Low Output Current Ripple Suitable for Voltage Regular Module or LED Driver

open access: yesIET Circuits, Devices &Systems, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This article proposes a new high step‐down converter which, on the input side, there are two series switches. The coupled inductors are used to decrease voltage gain, but on the output side of the proposed converter, two independent inductances are placed and act like interleaved, which cause to decrease output current ripple.

Soft‐Switching Non‐Isolated High Step‐Up DC‐DC Converter With Continuous Input Current for PV Application

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, Volume 18, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This paper proposes a novel high step‐up DC‐DC boost converter utilising the coupled inductor and switch capacitor technique to increase voltage gain. Also, the proposed converter utilises an active clamp technique to achieve soft switching performance for both the main and auxiliary switches in a wide range of output power.
