Identifying Dynamical Quantum Phase Transitions With a Migratable Quantum‐Classical Hybrid Neural Network

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A hybrid quantum‐classical architecture is introduced to accurately identify dynamical quantum phase transitions from time‐evolved quantum states. The QCNN serves as a quantum dynamical feature extractor, while the classical network learns temporal correlations from a low‐dimensional readout sequence. The framework attains high accuracy, remains robust

Vaccinovigilance in Europe: need for timeliness, standardization and resources

open access: yesBulletin of the World Health Organization, 2004
OBJECTIVE: To identify gaps in the systems for reporting adverse events following immunization (AEFI) in Europe by means of an interactive database constructed using a standardized approach. METHODS: A comparative survey was conducted in 1999-2000, using

Evolutionary radiation of large‐bodied gorgonopsians from the lower Abrahamskraal formation of South Africa

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract The middle Permian represents a critical interval in therapsid evolution, when gorgonopsians emerged as some of the first specialized apex predators within terrestrial ecosystems. Despite their significance, the early diversification of Gorgonopsia in Gondwana remains poorly understood due to scarcity and fragmentary material.

Evaluation of disaster safe education unit programme implementation in Mt. Merapi using the pressure state response approach

open access: yesJàmbá
Disaster Safe Education Unit (SPAB), also known globally as Comprehensive Safe School (CSS), aims to improve school residents’ resilience. Three pillars of SPAB have been established, but their implementation, to date, has not shown satisfactory results.

On the age of PSR B 1509-58 [PDF]

open access: yesAstronomy & Astrophysics, 2001
It is generally accepted that the PSR B1509-58 is associated with the supernova remnant (SNR) MSH 15-52 (G 320.4-01.2). The spin-down age of the pulsar is \simeq 1700 years, while the size and the general appearance of the SNR suggest that this system is much older. A few possible explanations of this discrepancy have been put forward.

Morpho‐functional analyses of the jaw apparatus in the Blue‐and‐yellow Macaw (Ara ararauna, Psittaciformes, Aves): Adaptations to feeding behavior

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract Macaws are renowned for processing dry, mechanically resistant fruits, yet the species‐level anatomical and functional correlates of this performance remain incompletely resolved. We examined the feeding apparatus of the Blue‐and‐yellow Macaw (Ara ararauna) using an integrated approach that combines osteology, myology, and bite‐force estimates

Predicting the Starquakes in PSR J0537−6910 [PDF]

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal, 2006
We report on more than 7 years of monitoring of PSR J0537-6910, the 16 ms pulsar in the Large Magellanic Cloud, using data acquired with the RXTE. During this campaign the pulsar experienced 23 sudden increases in frequency (``glitches'') amounting to a total gain of over six ppm of rotation frequency superposed on its gradual spindown of d(nu)/d(t) = -

Integration of Nutrition and Organic Agriculture Framework in Managing Gastrointestinal Nematodes in Ruminants

open access: yesAnimal Research and One Health, EarlyView.
Gastrointestinal nematode infections damage the gastrointestinal epithelial tissues of ruminants, affecting nutrient utilization and overall production performance. This review outlines host‐gastrointestinal nematode interactions and discusses integrated control strategies, including nutritional supplementation, grazing management, vaccines, and ...

Assessment of PSR as a Novel Parameter in Perfusion Imaging for CNS Tumor Characterization: An Observational Study

open access: yesNational Board of Examinations Journal of Medical Sciences
Introduction: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has emerged as the primary modality for diagnosing and evaluating central nervous system (CNS) tumors, transitioning from structural to functional assessment.
