Altered Brain‐Behavior Association During Resting State is a Potential Psychosis Risk Marker
The study detects a potential multimodal biomarker that can be promising for identifying early markers of psychosis. It shows a consistent brain‐behavior association between a circuit of interconnected regions and executive function in neurotypical controls and individuals at various stages of psychosis.

On mistakes we made in prior Computational Psychiatry Data driven approach projects and how they jeopardize translation of those findings in clinical practice [PDF]
After performing comparison of the performance of seven different machine learning models on detection depression tasks to show that the choice of features is essential, we compare our methods and results with the published work of other researchers.

sEVs have a critical role in orchestrating interorgan crosstalk and mediating exercise‐induced therapeutic effects. Lin et al. demonstrates that sEVs miR‐17/20a‐5p mediates the muscle‐brain crosstalk and emphasizes the central role of mTOR signaling in executing molecular programs that can protect brain health in response to exercise. Abstract Physical

Design and Fabrication of Novel Digital Transcranial Electrical Stimulator for Medical and Psychiatry Applications [PDF]
In this article, we design a novel Transcranial Electrical Stimulator for medical applications, which is very cheap and can produce the desired signals very accurately. Our fabricated stimulator generates all current signals related to Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (TES) methods, i.e.

Epileptiform Activity and Seizure Risk Follow Long‐Term Non‐Linear Attractor Dynamics
This study leverages the HAVOK framework to model long‐term, nonlinear attractor dynamics underlying epileptiform activity and seizure risk in epilepsy patients. By identifying key forcing mechanisms driving chaotic transitions, the findings improve seizure risk forecasting over multi‐day cycles and provide a pathway for personalized, data‐driven ...

Modules for Automated Validation and Comparison of Models of Neurophysiological and Neurocognitive Biomarkers of Psychiatric Disorders: ASSRUnit - A Case Study [PDF]
The characterisation of biomarkers and endophenotypic measures has been a central goal of research in psychiatry over the last years. While most of this research has focused on the identification of biomarkers and endophenotypes, using various experimental approaches, it has been recognised that their instantiations, through computational models, have ...
