Therapeutic challenges in peripheral T-cell lymphoma
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and heterogeneous group of hematological malignancies. Compared to our knowledge of B-cell tumors, our understanding of T-cell leukemia and lymphoma remains less advanced, and a significant number of patients ...

Targeting EZH2 in Cancer: From Molecular Mechanisms to Clinical Translation
The abnormal overexpression or gain‐of‐function mutations of EZH2 play a significant role in cancer occurrence and progression, highlighting the importance and potential of EZH2 as a cancer biomarker. Therefore, screening for effective and safe small‐molecule inhibitors, degraders, and natural compounds targeting EZH2 through preclinical cancer models ...

Evolution of superhalogen properties in PtCln clusters
We have systematically calculated the ground state geometries, relative stability, electronic structure, and spectroscopic properties of PtCln (n = 1–7) clusters. The bonding in these clusters is dominated by covalent interaction. In neutral clusters, chlorine atoms are chemically bound to Pt up to n = 5.

Characteristic analysis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia
Background and purpose: The pathological type of lymphoma associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is more common in indolent B lymphoma than in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

Research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are a group of highly heterogeneous and aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). PTCL patients have poor prognosis and high rates of relapse under the current chemotherapy-based treatment.

Lack of SMARCB1 expression characterizes a subset of human and murine peripheral T-cell lymphomas
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) is a heterogeneous group of malignancies with poor outcome. Here, we identify a subgroup, PTCL-NOS SMARCB1- , which is characterized by the lack of the SMARCB1 protein and occurs more ...
