Baseline total lesion glycolysis combined with interim positron emission tomography‐computed tomography is a robust predictor of outcome in patients with peripheral T‐cell lymphoma

open access: yesCancer Medicine, 2020
Background Peripheral T‐cell lymphoma (PTCL) represents a heterogeneous and rare subgroup of aggressive lymphomas that generally demonstrate poor clinical outcomes with conventional treatment.

Therapeutic challenges in peripheral T-cell lymphoma

open access: yesMolecular Cancer
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and heterogeneous group of hematological malignancies. Compared to our knowledge of B-cell tumors, our understanding of T-cell leukemia and lymphoma remains less advanced, and a significant number of patients ...

Targeting EZH2 in Cancer: From Molecular Mechanisms to Clinical Translation

open access: yesMedComm – Oncology, Volume 5, Issue 2, June 2026.
The abnormal overexpression or gain‐of‐function mutations of EZH2 play a significant role in cancer occurrence and progression, highlighting the importance and potential of EZH2 as a cancer biomarker. Therefore, screening for effective and safe small‐molecule inhibitors, degraders, and natural compounds targeting EZH2 through preclinical cancer models ...

Evolution of superhalogen properties in PtCln clusters

open access: yesThe Journal of Chemical Physics, 2012
We have systematically calculated the ground state geometries, relative stability, electronic structure, and spectroscopic properties of PtCln (n = 1–7) clusters. The bonding in these clusters is dominated by covalent interaction. In neutral clusters, chlorine atoms are chemically bound to Pt up to n = 5.

Therapeutic options in peripheral T cell lymphoma

open access: yesJournal of Hematology & Oncology, 2016
Peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas with a very poor prognosis. The standard first-line treatments have resulted in unsatisfactory patient outcomes.

Characteristic analysis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia

open access: yesZhongguo aizheng zazhi, 2021
Background and purpose: The pathological type of lymphoma associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is more common in indolent B lymphoma than in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

Research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas

open access: yesZhongguo aizheng zazhi, 2020
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are a group of highly heterogeneous and aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). PTCL patients have poor prognosis and high rates of relapse under the current chemotherapy-based treatment.

Lack of SMARCB1 expression characterizes a subset of human and murine peripheral T-cell lymphomas

open access: yesNature Communications
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) is a heterogeneous group of malignancies with poor outcome. Here, we identify a subgroup, PTCL-NOS SMARCB1- , which is characterized by the lack of the SMARCB1 protein and occurs more ...

Phase II Trial of Romidepsin as Consolidation Therapy after Gemcitabine, Dexamethasone, and Cisplatin in Elderly Transplant-Ineligible Patients with Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesHematology Reports
Romidepsin is an important therapeutic option for patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). However, the timing of romidepsin administration remains controversial.
